Subscription Policy

By subscribing to our Postal Plant club you will get one plant (and any additional items as noted in each tier description on our website), delivered once a month until your subscription ends.

You will receive your subscription box within 10 working days of your payment clearing.

How to cancel

Please email us at hello@nettleandbark.co.uk to cancel your subscription. We would also recommend you cancel the payments with your bank.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails your subscription will be paused until the next payment is processed successfully. Contact us at hello@nettleandbark.co.uk if you have any queries or issues.
